However... it took me 7 calls (not exaggerating) to make them successful. Talking to customer support is difficult as the DLink technicians have poor English skills and are unknowledgeable. Expect hours to get the internet plus the "utility Port" for the printer to work. Very well designed product, but expect some customer support grief to get the router working. The 2.4Ghz signals on the WRT610N were stronger than the WRT350N. However my notebook with Intel 4965AGN would not connect to the 5Ghz band from approx 75 feet and two walls away. I did need to update the router's Firmware to version 1.00.02 B10 for it to reliably hold wireless connections to my Windows XP based laptops. Other than this its performance has been quite good. My only complaint about the router is I am not able to see the IP addresses of connected devices via its Web interface. Instead I had to install a software product from Linksys called the EasyLink Advisor which does present a nice network map of connection ...more
